About the Artist: June Lee
![]() |
The main focus of my work is monotypes and collage explorations. Both mediums offer spontaneity and unexpected outcomes and possibilities; especially with monotypes, when the press engages the plated work. I continue to push my boundaries by exploring the partnering of recycled monotypes with other materials into collage work experiences. My work has been influenced by Diebenkorn, Rothko, Hans Hoffman and other abstract expressionists. My artwork has been shown in Napa Town and Country Fair professional art division, Vacaville Art center, and Napa Valley Open Studios. June currently works and lives in Napa Valley in California. |
